Our Service

Sunshine State Web builds, hosts, and maintains websites for small businesses for a flat monthly or annual fee.

Payment and Cancellation

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Your site stays live through the period you’ve already paid for, no cancellation fee. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months and do not auto-renew. No refunds are given for time already served.

Domains

You’re responsible for owning and renewing your domain name unless otherwise agreed. Your domain stays in your name.

Your Content

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information and photos you provide for your website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.

Limitation of Liability

Sunshine State Web isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages related to use of the website or service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
